KINUSAIGA *NEW*
  • Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese "no-sew" craft that translates to "silk painting or fabric painting." It involves creating intricate pictures by tucking silk scraps into grooves carved into a baseboard (traditionally wood, often foam today) to form a mosaic-like image. It creates a "quilted painting" without sewing, often recycling old kimonos.
