By completing and submitting this form, you are expressing your interest in becoming a member of the 2026 Utah State Fair 4-H & FFA Livestock Show Committee. This volunteer committee, led by a Chairman appointed by Fair management, is responsible for providing recommendations and carrying out duties to support the operation and presentation of the Utah State Fair 4-H & FFA Livestock Show and Auction.

Those selected to serve on the committee will be expected to uphold a high standard of service to all participants, maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during their service, and support the rules and decisions set by Fair management.

Please note that volunteer positions do not offer leave, health, or retirement benefits. Committee appointments are made annually, are at-will, and Fair management reserves the right to remove or reassign a volunteer as necessary.
