Accessing your Tickets

Your tickets will be delivered through AXS Mobile ID, which means your phone is your ticket. You will use the AXS mobile app to view and scan your tickets at the gate.

Please set up your AXS account before you arrive so entry is quick and easy.


Step 1: Download the AXS MOBILE App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Sign In Using the Correct Email Address

  • Open the AXS app and sign in using the same email address used to purchase or receive your tickets. Your tickets are connected to the email address where you received your confirmation or ticket transfer email.

Step 3: Create or Reset Your Password

  • If you have not used AXS before, an account may already have been created for you using your email address.
  • If you do not know your password, tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. AXS will send you an email with instructions to create or reset your password
  • After you reset your password, return to the AXS app and sign in.

Step 4: Find Your Tickets

  • Once you are signed in, tap the ticket icon or go to My Events in the AXS app.
  • Select your event to view your tickets. Your AXS Mobile ID is a secure digital code that will be scanned at the entrance.

Step 5: Arrive Ready to Scan

Before you arrive, please make sure:

  • You are signed in to the AXS app.
  • Your tickets are showing under My Events.
  • Your phone is charged.
  • Your screen brightness is turned up.
  • You have your tickets ready before you reach the gate.

At the entrance, staff will scan your AXS Mobile ID from the app. Once scanned, you can head inside and enjoy the event!


Sending Tickets to Someone Else

  • If you are sending tickets to a friend, family member, guest, employee, or client, use the Transfer option in your AXS account.
  • The person receiving the tickets will need to accept the transfer and sign in to the AXS app using the email address where the tickets were sent.

  • If you are having trouble finding your tickets, first check that you are using the same email address where your confirmation or transfer email was sent.
