We’re beyond excited to showcase amazing culinary talent in our Newly Renovated Kitchens at the Utah State Fair — the biggest celebration in the state with over 300,000 attendees and 52,000+ social media followers ready to eat it up (literally)!

This is your chance to shine in front of a huge crowd, share your delicious skills, and promote yourself or your brand in a high-energy, fun-filled environment. While this opportunity is all about exposure (not compensation), it's a great way to grow your audience and connect with fellow food lovers.

Availability

The Utah State Fair runs Thursday, Sept. 4th - Sunday, Sept. 14th. We are looking for food demonstrations all days of the Fair, from noon - 7:30 pm. We try to honor the dates and availability noted in your application but sometimes, because of other demonstrations and food contests, this becomes impossible. Please keep in mind that weekend times are the highest in-demand and can be the hardest spots to get.

Show Off Your Culinary Skills at the Utah State Fair!

Demonstrating at the Fair is a fun and unique way to promote your product, service, or personal brand. While food demonstrators aren't paid, you'll receive four free admission tickets to the 2025 Utah State Fair (one for you and one for a guest), plus a parking pass for the day of your demo—so you can enjoy the Fair while sharing your passion!
Demonstrators are asked to bring their own ingredients and cooking tools, though we’ll have a few basics on hand (think salt, pepper, spray oil, and some essential cookware). We also ask that you share copies of your recipe with the audience and give us permission to feature it on our social media or other platforms (like Pinterest). Don’t worry—we’ll always give you or your business credit where it’s due!
