- Prepare, cook, or serve food or beverages on-site

Sell items meant to be eaten or drank immediately

Require cooking equipment, refrigeration, or temporary food permits
👉 Examples: BBQ, fry stands, lemonade, coffee, ice cream, hot foods
Apply as a Commercial Vendor if you:
- Sell non-food products or services, OR

Sell prepackaged food items that are not prepared onsite

Do not cook, heat, or assemble food at your booth
👉 Examples: clothing, handmade goods, toys, services, jarred goods, packaged candy, sealed snacks
