• Minimum and Maximum height requirements are posted at each ride. Additional safety restrictions are posted on the rides and at ticket boxes. Each rider must have tickest or a wristband. Tickets are not refundable, but replacement tickets can be provided in an emergency or in case of illness. Please discuss these circumstances with staff at the Carnival Office.
• Ride Armbands are accepted at all attractions except Euro Bungees and Black Out. Admission collected at the ride.
• Thomas Carnival tickets and arm bands are not accepted at the Giant Yellow Slide.
• Questions or problems, please see the staff at the Carnival Office (near the bumper cars).
