International Market

Utah State Fairpark and the Utah Arts Alliance present Salt Lake City’s first International Market this summer of 2022. The International Market will feature ethnically diverse foods and goods by artisans from around the world. This weekend evening market will be an important community gathering space for residents of the westside and easily accessible for those living along the Wasatch Front or visiting our city.

Vendor categories and details:

Prepared Food:

This category is for culinary artists that are preparing and serving food at the event, from a tent, cart, or food truck. Prepared food vendors must carry the proper permitting from the Salt Lake County Health Department and meet fire department regulations.

Packaged Food:

This category is for culinary artists that are preparing food, in advance of the market, in a commercial kitchen, then packaging the products to sell at the Market. Packaged food vendors must carry a certificate of registration from the Utah Department of Agriculture.
