The Grand Building

Built in 1905, the Grand Building is comprised of two floors. The top level hosts Salt Lake's largest permanent wooden dance floor, complete with vaulted ceilings and majestic chandeliers from the historic Hotel Utah. The lower level is an immense room with over-sized, extravagant entryways each side. The building has been honored with two awards of merit from the Utah Society of A1A and the Utah Heritage Foundation.

Promontory Hall

Built in 1902, this was the first building constructed at the Fairpark. Originally called the Horticulture Building, it was later renamed Promontory Hall, nicknamed "Gateway to the Fairpark". It is one of the most iconic buildings in the Fairpark, the combination of early Mission style and Beaux Arts conveys an ambiance of class and character -- the perfect host for anything you have in mind.

Pioneer Building

Built in 1928, the pioneer building was originally the crafts and photos building and it makes it the perfect space for a cozy wedding! TThis venue is great for wedding receptions and meetings!

Zion Building

Built in 1930, the Zion Building offers the best of both worlds - ambience and functionality. The exterior is constructed of red brick with a hipped gable roof while the interior is compromised of a gorfeou wooden vaulted ceiling mingled with skylights. Together these elements create a warm and inviting atmosphere that creates the perfect building for many events - weddings, fundraisers, demonstrations, luncheons and much more!

Bonneville Building

Built in 1975 the Bonneville building can be divided into two sections making this venue ideal for retreats, group meetings, small conferences, dances and parties.

Square Footage: ~7,500 Total Guests: 600 empty capacity

Deseret Building

Originally built in 1928 but rebuilt in 2003 the Deseret has lots of natural light, unique ceilings and concrete floors. This venue is great for picnics, meetings, wedding receptions, and quinceanera's!
